Dr. Sarah has built her practice around two principles: active listening and understanding what motivates her clients to achieve their therapy goals. Being on the receiving end of physical therapy a number of times throughout her life, she understands the client perspective first hand. Sarah loves to get to know clients and build a rapport to make their goals more achievable and sustainable long-term, and will go above and beyond to give clients the tools they need to make lifestyle changes. The most rewarding part of her job is catching up with clients months (or years!) after treatment and hearing about how well they are doing or what else they'd like to keep working on.
Sarah graduated from Marquette University with her doctorate degree in physical therapy in 2010 and has 12+ years of experience treating a wide range of conditions, including complex medical diagnoses such as hypermobility and autoimmune disorders. She has certifications in orthopedic manual therapy as well as dry needling, and will use a variety of treatment techniques to get you back to your active lifestyle!
Sarah practices out of the New Berlin Sportsplex clinic. When she's not in the clinic she stays busy with her family enjoying Milwaukee summers, traveling and reading.
